The problem
The event goes well. The pipeline doesn’t follow.
Often half the room is people you weren’t trying to reach: registrations from public listings and contacts outside your target accounts.
Attendees wait days for a personal note, or never get one. By the time the AE writes, the conversation has gone cold.
No one can say which AE invited whom, who followed up, or which events to run again.
Registration agent · target 70%
Fill the room with the accounts you sell to.
- Each AE invites only their own accounts near the event. The agent writes each AE their list, with an invite-by date.
- A short note and the Cvent landing page link, ready to send. Three lines on what the event is and why it fits that account, plus a link tagged to the AE. The AE adds one line of their own.
- Warmest accounts first. Accounts that came to similar past events, and people who registered before but couldn’t make it.
- A second guest from accounts already registered. A peer from the same buying group is the easiest extra registration.
- Every channel ranked by share from target accounts, not volume. Each post, partner and ad gets its own tracking link.

Follow-up agent · target 95% in 24 hours
Every attendee hears from their AE the next day.
- Each AE gets their own attendees, with a 48-hour deadline. By email the morning after. No login.
- A draft for every person. Written for where they stand: attended, no-show, replied or meeting booked.
- Replies answered. Paste a reply and the agent drafts the answer: two meeting times, a check-back date, or a thank-you to whoever they pointed to.
- AEs report by replying with a code. “F12 meeting”, “F13 replied”. The 24-hour, 72-hour and 7-day clock updates.
- Late AEs get a reminder. The event lead sees who has followed up and who hasn’t.

Works with what you have
Cvent keeps the event. No IT project.
| You already have | Eventworth uses it for |
|---|---|
| Cvent registration and landing page | Registration stays in Cvent. AE invites link to your landing page, tagged to each AE. |
| Cvent registration and attendance exports | Who registered, who came, and from which account and source. |
| Marketo or HubSpot | Guest emails stay in your marketing system; the agent writes them with your tokens. |
| Your CRM account list | Target accounts, owners and locations. One in five is held out, so you can see what the event really added. |
- 70% and 95% are the targets the agents work to, not guarantees. Your starting point comes from your last 3 to 5 events of the same format.
- It runs on Cvent and CRM exports today. There’s no live sync yet.
- The agents write; a person reviews and presses send. Replies are pasted or forwarded in.
- Eventworth is an independent product and isn’t made by Cvent.
